Western Australian Wheatbelt Rock Formations are primarily granite rock formation. Located in most areas and quite often one can be seen from another if your fitness level allows you to explore and venture to the top, you will be greeted by views that stretch across the landscape and meet the horizon, an experience loved by locals and visitors alike. Often these areas are a blaze with wildflowers during the season typically July through to October. View some of our photographs by clicking on the above image. Picture above – Merredin Peak

Western Australian Wheatbelt Wildlife (Reptiles)

Western Australian Wheatbelt Reptiles, Some of the wildlife in the Wheatbelt are the smallest and hardest to see, amongst the different species of reptiles are a few that are endangered and others endemic to the area. One of my passions as a photographer has been to capture the personalities displayed by what we see during leisure walks through the bush lands or during our care group Hands For Earth projects, activities which include rescuing, rehabilitating, relocation, protecting their environment and primarily cleaning up their habitat. Volunteers are welcome to join us and enjoy a bush walk, a sunrise breakfast and lend a hand to help with a Hands For Earth project. View some of our photographs by clicking on the above image.
